ANIMATION: JLUnlimited: Wonder Woman Western Turn by StephenBJones ANIMATION: JLUnlimited: Wonder Woman Western Turn by StephenBJones
so here's another turn from JUSTICE LEAGUE UNLIMITED....this is what we call in the indusrty....."redress"! now, i didn't do the original Wonder Woman turnaround on JL or JLU ( i believe it was either Glenn Wong or Tommy Tejeda), but for the episode where they go back in time, a lot of our main characters were gonna be in different outfits for the whole episode....therefore....redress!

aaah I remember this one.
I remember getting giggly at the thought of Batman riding a horse.

It's a very nice wardrobe she has here - I especially love the hat. In black and white it's got a bit of a Carmen SanDiego feel :)

what do u do to make ur drawings better? and how can u possibly adapt to different drawing styles for different shows???

getting better: just draw constantly and study life, books on drawing, take classes, study other artists. adapting to different styles: just study and study that person's approach. try to crawl inside their skin and figure out how they do what they do. copy them. trace them until u feel that you have broken down their approach. of course, this is only if you are being HIRED to draw like someone else on a cartoon. DON'T swipe other people's styles! :)

I loved this episode. I especially loved Jonah. On that Jonah note, I don't see why the studio wanted to screw over that movie, but they did... :(

Very nice turnaround. When you redress a character how much liberty do you have with it? =)

I guess I meant, did you like design the outfit? Was it already designed?

in this case i believe the outfit was already designed and it was merely my job to do the turnaround. when you are NOT the lead character designer on a show, it is your job to conceptualize and design all the things that the producers or LEAD designer don't want to or have time to design themselves and to do turnarounds of pretty much everything, whether it was yourself or your bosses that designed it. make sense? (i apologize for the obscenely late reply)

woow, what a great job, I also do concept art, a question:

- As far as drawing and calculating delay the views of a character for animation?
my very difficult to me, is there a catch?

thanks, greetings from Colombia
